  • Best Sushi in Fredericksburg!‎
    By Brit – Nov 21, 2009‎
" We were regulars at Kenzo however when we found Fujiya by randomly searching online, we’d figure why not give it a shot. The food there was phenomenal and the service was top notch as they were very friendly. TJ the sushi chef makes some of the best custom rolls we’ve had in a long time. The atmosphere is very chic and hip, not your typical style restaurant you’d expect to find in the Fredericksburg area however it’s still true to its culture and very authentic. We highly recommend visiting at least once as I’m sure you’ll become a regular just as we have become.‎"

I lived in Japan for 3 years and Fujiya House is just as good as those I ate in there. The food was excellent, great service and the prices were very reasonable. A great value for the money. The best fried rice I ever had too!!! Definitely the new leader in the areaand my new favorite restaurant!!!!”

    The DL:
    Date: Sunday, November 22, 2009.
Company: Pre Thanksgiving celebration with the family.
    Crowd: Sushi and teppanyaki fans.
Atmosphere: Friendly and inviting, with the occasional flames from the onion volcanoes performed by the hibachi chefs.
Decor: Cool earthy vibe. Love the refreshing green and orange color scheme.
Food: Impressive lip-smacking Vegas caliber rolls, grilled to perfection steak and seafood accompanied by a show, and melt in your mouth sashimi.
Service: Fun and attentive staff. They even comped us their appetizer specialty “Big Bang Chicken”. Flavor overload and delish!

    Heck ya, I’ll be back!

You HAVE to try this place!!!
